  • Are you designing the show?


    No. This will help you take your design out of your head and get it into a real format you can share with your team. If you have a set designer who loves to create the looks, but lacks the knowledge to provide build plans (perhaps you have student or volunteer designers), this is for you. The look is yours, the implementation plan we develop together.

  • âť“ Can we do this over Zoom?

    Absolutely. Zoom sessions are fully supported with screen sharing, digital sketching, and PDF follow-ups. If you’re within range for an in-person session and prefer that, we can talk!

  • âť“ What do I need to prep beforehand?

    Once you book, I’ll send you a quick intake form asking for:

    • Your upcoming show(s)

    • Photos or diagrams of your space

    • What tools, materials, and support you have

    • Any ideas you’ve already been thinking through

    This lets us hit the ground running on VIP Day
